Group Leadership Training

Leadership is very important in developing group activities. It facilitates direction, credibility, accountability, integrity and co-operation. Leaders should have the ability to listen, achieve targets, coordinating efforts, good liaison and overall motivation towards action. As it is a Joint liability Group, the role of leaders is very important to strengthen unity. A leader has to take care to translate the activities to achieve the goal of economic empowerment. As the target groups belong to the underprivileged section of the communities, periodical training was provided. Jagaran is committed to developing leadership quality among the borrowers which paves the way to increase cohesiveness among the Group members and it also paves the way for empowerment.
