Mr. Sandip Ghose had a long career with Reserve Bank of India for more than 3 decades. He retired from RBI in 2013 as Principal Chief General Manager in-charge of Human Resource Management Department (2011-2013). Before that, he held various assignments as Senior Manager/Regional-in-Charge of Currency Management Department; Rural Planning & Credit Department; Foreign Exchange Department; Personnel, Planning & Budgetary Control Department including being Chief of Staff and Advisor to 3 successive Governors (Dr. C Rangarajan, Dr. Bimal Jalan and Dr. Y.V. Reddy) during 1996-2004. Till recently, Mr. Ghose was Director in NISM Pune. His field of specialization is Human Resource Development, training and leadership development. He had served on the boards of two major public sector banks – UCO bank, Kolkata and Punjab and Sind Bank, New Delhi.
