Sri Tirtha Pratim Sahu, aged 38 years, he is chartered Accountant (CA) and Cost and Management Accountant (CMA). His previous employers were MSTC Limited and West Bengal Power Development Corporation Limited.
ACS Tanusree Ghosh, aged 27 years, she is a B.A.LLB (5 years) from Calcutta University and A.C.S. She also had a short tenure in Hindustan Paper Corporation Limited (A Govt. of India Undertaking) before joining Jagaran in 2014.
Sri Debdulal Ghosal, aged 41 years, B.A., M.B.A. (HR) brings with him over a decade of experience from Bandhan, where he had worked his way up the ranks from the field level till the Zonal level. He has managed more than 300 Branches across multiple states in India.
Sri Bapin Bose, aged 43 years, an Arts Graduate, helps the Operation function of the MFI. He brings with him strong process acumen, people skills and distribution knowledge. He has more than 15 years of experience in manufacturing (at ASAHI Glass) and micro finance. He is also in charge of the NPS (National Pension System) program. He has been with JAGARAN since inception.
Sri Rajarshi Dutta, is an experienced MFI professional and leads a team of young professionals to manage the accounting function. Alongside, he is engaged in managing relationships with financial institutions/regulatory bodies to ensure that JAGARAN remains on top of every compliance requirement.
Sri Supratim Sinha, aged 44 years, is an alumnus of University of Calcutta. He is also an I.C.W.A (Intermediate) and has over 15 years of experience in an insurance sector. His previous stint was with Golden Trust Financial Services as a Chief Manager where he was heading the operations of several branches across Bihar and Jharkhand. Currently with strong people skills he is leading HR and Personnel function in Jagaran Microfin Pvt. Ltd.
Sri Amalendu Halder, aged 43 years, is an alumnus of University of Calcutta. He is a veteran in development activities. He builds and manages the necessary linkages across various stakeholders, namely Government Bodies, Welfare Institutions, Societies and the branch network of JAGARAN to offer meaningful and beneficial programs to the borrowers and also handles various Training programmes for the employees. He also worked with Ramkrishna Mission and Lokenath Divine Life Mission as a Project Co-Ordinator.
