Mrs Anindita Chakraborty has been associated with State Bank of India for more than 3 decades before joining as Head- Human Resource at Jagaran Microfin Private Limited. At State Bank of India, she has been associated with diverse projects. She was entrusted with the responsibilities of setting up and heading the Human Resource Development of a newly created Administrative Module “South 24 Parganas” of State Bank of India. She has vast experiences in software migration and she played a key support role to Core Banking Solution Users (both staff and customers) at State Bank of India. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from University of Calcutta and PG Diploma degree in Guidance, Psychological Counselling and Family Therapy from Jadavpur University.
