Mr. Shyamal Banik is an experienced practitioner of Microfinance sector having hands on exposure for more than three decades. He holds a Master's degree with Honours in Statistics. He worked at management team of different renowned microfinance organizations at both Operation & Internal control department. Before joining Jagaran, he was associated with Ujjivan small finance bank, Sarala development & microfinance Pvt. Ltd. and SMGBK etc.
